The Buff-sided Robin is a small, eye-catching songbird found only in northern Australia. This species is a specialist of dense streamside forests and thickets, where its warm buff-orange flanks and upright, alert posture make it a favourite among birdwatchers. It is most often seen flitting through the shadows along rivers and creeks from the Kimberley region of Western Australia through the Top End to northwestern Queensland.
